Travis Gale:  Owner/Education and Animal Care Director

Travis Gale, owner of Eyes of the Wild, has had a love of wildlife, the environment, and education his entire life. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Education from the College of NJ and worked as an environmental educator for Monmouth County Parks & as an instructor/program developer for Mad Science. His love for animals led to him working as a field biologist; radio tracking NJ Timber Rattlesnakes & conducting the 1st ever radio tracking program of baby Pine Snakes. Travis's commitment to education continued when he became a Special Education/Science/ESL instructor for the New Egypt Schools. He began performing wildlife shows 15 years ago and purchased his wildlife rescue and education facility, Eyes of the Wild, in 2006. Every day since, Travis and his amazing staff have been providing the most memorable shows anywhere; expertly mixing the programs with education, comedy & entertainment, and wildlife from all around the world! With shows designed for children of all ages and adults, you can't help but laugh while you learn and love what you see- from Chinchillas to Wallabies; Hedgehogs to Arctic Foxes- and so much more!

Kimberly Gruning: Animal Care Manager/ Lead Presenter

Kim has been with Eyes of the Wild since 2008, and is a part of both presenting at shows and animal care. She attended Warren County Community College and Raritan Valley Community College to study Liberal Arts. In her free time, she keeps busy doing art projects and outside activities, especially hiking with her dog Karlin.

After that, he worked as a Naturalist for Hunterdon County Parks and Recreation, educating children and the public about our natural world. He has also worked as a Student Aide for Hunterdon County Polytech, assisting special needs students. Joe is an avid birder and has competed in various birding competitions throughout NJ that raise money for native wildlife conservation. He is also a  fan of backpacking and has completed large sections of the Appalachian Trail. His diverse background with wildlife and education makes him a knowledgeable educator at Eyes of the Wild.

Pam Guzzi:  Office Manager/Scheduler

Pam studied Business Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University. For many years in her grandparents' hardware store, she handled multiple aspects of the business-  from window repairs & sales, to ordering supplies & managing customer accounts. Eventually, Pam moved on to the corporate, political, & legal worlds. She worked as an executive assistant in the PSAT Division of Educational Testing Service in Princeton, as a scheduling assistant in the office of Governor Thomas Kean, and as a legal assistant at the prestigious Law Firm of Bathgate, Wegener, Wouters & Neumann in Lakewood, NJ. In 2006, working as a stay-at-home mom raising her 3 kids, Pam decided she just didn’t have enough to do and agreed to “help Travis out” with some phone calls and paperwork here at Eyes of the Wild. She, thankfully, hasn't left! Pam handles everything: payroll, invoicing, scheduling, party-planning, communicating with clients, facilitating animal rescues, and appropriating charitable donations. She does so much, and even acts as Travis’s personal assistant when needed!
